"Dependable, but missing key cryptocurrencies"
It's a dependable platform, but it's missing TRX, AVAX, and a few other coins. If you add those, I’ll bump my rating up to a 5.

"Not quite what I was hoping for"
It doesn't quite meet my needs, but honestly, that's not really nownodes' fault since there doesn't seem to be anything out there that lets me handle mass payouts on Cardano. I require both signing and sending capabilities, and it looks like the only way to achieve that is by setting up my own node.

"Awful Customer Support"
The service is just plain awful. Every week, it seems to go offline for a few hours. Plus, when you want to upgrade from the free plan to a paid one, you gotta wait for the manager's thumbs up, which is just silly. So, during that time, you can't even access the API. To top it off, they didn’t give me back the money I spent while it was being reviewed. Just a nightmare, truly abysmal.
